The seller wanted to ensure that her property felt like a different house with 40K to spend. We opted for a retro vibe with green cabinets and an orange sherbet door.

We couldn’t expand the footprint, but we absolutely maximized the square footage by re-working the kitchen layout and giving everything a fresh coat of white paint. We also ripped off the balcony awning to let in tons of natural light. The sellers were thrilled to receive multiple offers and walk away with a lot more money than they expected
